MODULES
-
Use a structured approach to deal with staff issues. From the very initial conversation right through to deciding and communication the consequences of someone’s behaviour.
-
Understand the different styles of leadership, particularly as it relates to conflict. This enables you to strategically decide which style to use depending on the situation in order to get the best outcome possible.
-
Work with a staff member of group to set up clear expectations in terms of behaviour and outcomes. Engage in a conversation in order to establish buy-in where possible, and a common understanding of the consequences.
-
